Return & Refund Policy

At The Modest Collective, your satisfaction is our priority. We will gladly accept returns of unused, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. We do not cover the shipping costs of returning your item unless the return is due to a damaged item or incorrect order. We reserve the right to send back any product with visible signs of wear.
To start your return process, email contact@themodestcollective.com your order number and specify which item(s) you'd like to return. We will send you our shipping address and return information. To return your merchandise, please use a trackable and insured shipping method. Mail the unworn item in its original packaging along with the return form to the address we provide. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process a refund in accordance with our policy.
